We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual West End Orthodontics Turkey Trot, benefiting We Heart Harlie and Friends Foundation! Please plan to join us on Thursday November 28th, 2019 at Crump Park in Glen Allen for a start time of  8:30 am.

 

Race Fees

August 1st - October 29th: $25

October 30th - Race Day: $30

Family discount of $5:00 available for a family of four or more ( discount applied at checkout)

All credit card processing fees are paid by the event: no surprise add-on registration fees in checkout! 

 

Parking

Race parking will be available at:

Glen Allen Community Center

10800 Brookley Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060 

Ample over flow parking will be available along the streets surrounding the Community Center.

**Event Parking within the park will NOT be available on race day to minimize traffic during the event to ensure the safety of our runners, volunteers and spectators.**

 

Course Maps and Course Etiquette

 

This is a chip timed 4 mile course on the paved trails of Crump Park - easy enough for kids, novice runners and walkers, but challenging enough for the more elite runner. This event is family friendly, dog and stroller friendly and is guaranteed to be a terrific start to your Thanksgiving morning!

Runners/walkers with dogs (who must be leashed at all times) and strollers are asked to start at the back and be courteous so as not to impede other runners.

While the park is open to vehicular traffic during the event, we expect very little traffic HOWEVER please be alert at all times and watch for traffic, pay attention to your fellow runners and follow course marshals/volunteer directions and instructions at all times.
