Powersprint Pre-race Swim Clinic

Join us at 6pm on May 9th at the Shady Grove Family YMCA for a pre-race swim clinic. 

Don't have an accurate swim seed time in registration? Don't have a time at all? Join us and let us time you swimming. 

The clinic will include basic freestyle instruction and a beginner's guide to the pool swim triathlon.

Transition Clinic & Powersprint Course Preview Group Ride

Powersprint Triathlon Pre-Race Transition Clinic

Join us at 8am on May 13th at the Shady Grove Family YMCA for a pre-race transition clinic. 

Bring all your race gear, as this will be a hands-on learning experience with Central Virginia Endurance's Coach Flanigan and Powersprint Race Director Andy Moser.

Join us for a FREE group pre-ride of the bike course of the GroundforceIT Powersprint Triathlon presented by Tri-Ad Chiropractic. Meet in the Pavilion lot of the Shady Grove YMCA (bear right as you enter, and head to the lot adjacent to the playground) by 8:45am on Saturday May 13. We'll have a short briefing on group ride safety prior to heading out. Bring your friends! You do not have to be registered to race in order to join. The ride will be NO DROP, but you should be prepared to complete the course on your own (bring your own water, tools, flat kit). Be sure to pump your tires to the pressure on the sidewall the morning of the ride.

Pink Power Pre-Race Swim Clinic

The clinic will include basic freestyle instruction and a beginner's guide to the pool swim triathlon.

Join us at 7:45am on Saturday August 6th at the Midlothian Family YMCA for a group ride of the Pink Power Triathlon bike course. 

This is not a race; this will be a semi-leisurely paced ride. 

Come by 7:45am to check in and listen to the safety briefing with the Race Director. This ride is self-supported, so bring your own hydration and flat tire kit. 

Make sure to pump up your tires to the pressure on the sidewall that morning!

Meet at the lower lot by the pool (bear to the left as you enter the YMCA).
