Join us at the Midlothian Family YMCA for a transition clinic led by Race Director Andy Moser. This will be about half-instructional, half participatory, so bring all your race gear - you will get plenty of practice!

Saturday, August 4 : 8am
Join us at the Midlothian Family YMCA for a group ride of the Pink Power Triathlon bike course.
This is not a race; this will be a semi-leisurely paced ride.
Come by 7:45am to check in and listen to the safety briefing with the Race Director. This ride is self-supported, so bring your own hydration and flat tire kit. Ride leaders will circle back to make sure no one is left behind though!
Make sure to pump up your tires to the pressure on the sidewall that morning!
Meet at the lower lot by the pool (bear to the left as you enter the YMCA).

Pink Power Pre-Race Swim Clinic

Don't have an accurate swim seed time in registration? Don't have a time at all? Join us and let us time you swimming.
The clinic will include basic freestyle instruction and a beginner's guide to the pool swim triathlon.

30 DAYS FOR $30
If you are REGISTERED for the Pink Power Triathlon this year, you can join the Midlothian Family YMCA Outdoor Pool from July 12 through August 12 to train for the race... for only $30! This is just for registered athletes - this is not a family membership. Bring your race registration confirmation email to the front desk (inside the main building) to register for this great deal.
Pink Power Triathlon Training Team
Prepare for the Pink Power Triathlon on Aug 12 with experienced coaches from Endorphin Fitness and a fun group of ladies. This team is perfect for beginner and intermediate triathletes.

- Practices: Tues 7-8 pm swim (St Catherine's) & Sat 1-2 pm bike/run (West Creek)
